| Mission The mission of Project 56 is to provide money and guidance for the Ritzville School District and other school districts that may join the current combine by utilizing numerous resources and a 50+ year plan. This mission includes instituting our own Foundation, Scholarship and Special Project Planning programs. Purpose Project 56’s main purpose is to raise money following a 50 year plan with some of the following objectives: build facilities such as an all-weather track with new grandstand, an agricultural class and shop building, an all purpose field house for both student and public use, and a 4 field baseball complex built on donated land. Provide student continuing education scholarships, and set aside money for general school use which will eventually cut back on the need for or eliminate the need for school levies. Vision Our vision is to provide for buildings and educational facilities outside of the regular Ritzville School District budget. In addition to having a faculty and staff on a par with this country’s finest schools, our vision includes 100% enrollment in some form of continuing education for each graduating class. It is also the desire of those on the committee of Project 56 to leave behind a legacy of respect, responsibility, wisdom and financial achievement. Ultimately Project 56’s purpose is to fully serve the needs all students during and after their school years not within the financial venue of the Ritzville School District. |
